The Optimum Performance Institute is a small, highly individualized, co-ed transitional young adult program in Southern California. Participants ages 17-28 years old come from throughout the world to progress through the highly therapeutic, educational, vocational, recreational and recovery program, find balance in their lives and their place as responsible members of society.
As Participants enroll in a nearby junior college or university—or complete high school, get their GED or enter the work force—they receive services ranging from individualized and group therapy, substance abuse counseling when indicated, career counseling, educational tutoring, organizational and Life Skills Training and support to help them set goals and decide what they want to do with their lives.
