Red Top Meadows is a 14-bed residential treatment and therapeutic wilderness program established in 1980 to serve adolescent males ages 10 to 18. The facility is located on 20 acres bordering the Bridger-Teton National Forest.
Red Top Meadows works with adolescent males with emotional, behavioral, or mental health problems that cannot be effectively or safely addressed in the child’s home, community or school. Common issues for students include poor school performance, family conflicts, poor peer relationships, depression, childhood trauma, attention difficulties, sexual issues, and poor decision making, coping and social skills.

The Therapeutic Wilderness Program participants demonstrate similar issues and behaviors. They participate in the wilderness program as an adjunct to therapeutic services they receive elsewhere.
