The Allendale Association is a non-profit home located in Lake Villa, Illinois that provides care, education and treatment for troubled teens. Allendale was established in 1897 by Edward Bradley and serves youths from 7 to 18 years old. Their programs seek to educate and treat the family as a whole and they offer out patient counseling as well as a residential treatment program.
Allendale Association is located on a 100-acre campus but has several different facilities located in Wisconsin and Illinois. Professional counselors and doctors are available to perform psychological testing and psychiatric consultation. They offer therapeutic recreational and experimental outdoor education. Allendale seeks to restore healthy relationships to troubled families.
