Youth Care is a licensed residential treatment center for adolescents ages 11-18. While at Youth Care, the pre-teen or teenager will receive intensive therapeutic services from caring, experienced therapists who want to see your child succeed. Because Youth Care’s adolescent treatment program takes place in a home-like setting, students will learn the value of chores, how to interact respectfully and courteously with others, and how to develop and maintain strong, loving relationships.
In this supportive therapeutic environment, students benefit from the guidance of caring professionals who know them not merely as clients, but as unique individuals with specific strengths, weaknesses, hopes and fears. The Youth Care environment is built upon a foundation of mutual respect. Students are expected to treat staff and peers with respect and in return they can expect to be treated with respect.
